★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 技師人員蠻貼心的，告知有些調整可以使行車更便利，但是在進廠時旁邊專員在櫃檯滑手機，有另一專員從廠裡緩緩走出來詢問有無預約，交付車輛後要我進去稍坐，休憩區櫃檯小姐完全不理會，直到我們自己找到位置坐下才走過來，後因等待一段時間我與同行人員的飲料餅乾用完，與櫃檯小姐說明，櫃檯小姐一臉疑惑，拿一包餅乾給我，我說我們是兩位，小姐又拿一包，飲料能否也幫忙補上？ 隨後走進洗手間潮濕髒亂，黴菌黃垢隨處可見，此時我只想立即離開，只好催促人員完成保養，結束這不美好的回廠感受。
感受是主觀的，會有這種感覺是因為去過別的保養廠，其他服務廠才踏進休憩區 人員積極熱情，茶水隨時補充，並快速完成顧客所需，且洗手間乾淨明亮。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員洪裕徢先生非常專業親切，我車子的問題很用心解決並且沒有收費！誠意服務，不是業績為目的。他們的等候廳茶點也很用心，用喜憨兒基金會的餅乾來招待客人，加上好茶招待！哇，買Toyota車好，服務也好！感謝主！
The service staff, Mr. Hong Yuyu, is very professional and friendly. My car problem was solved with great care and there was no charge! Sincere service, not performance for the purpose. Their waiting room refreshments are also very attentive, serving guests with biscuits from the Xihaner Foundation, plus a good tea treat! Wow, buying a Toyota car is good and the service is good too! thank God!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Official Toyota dealer and service department. It is new and clean with a spacious waiting area for you to sit and wait while they service your car. They serve you free coffee and cookies along with free Wi-Fi. You will need to make an appointment ahead of time when needing any kind of service. Expect 1-2 hours for an oil change and basic maintenance. Cost is of course higher than an independent shop, but not a lot more. Typical visit cost for oil and filter change with other normal maintenance is 4-6K NT.
