以後絕對不會再到此店賞車看車,非常不愉快,當天上午有事先來電確認要看的車款,接電話的業務表示可以,到店後接待人員也沒查證清楚為何我們指定車款而來,直接說已無車款,後來知道我有來電詢問,又表示剛賣掉,卻質疑顧客,轉頭走人大聲囔囔質疑客人,怕我們沒聽到?後來還丟了一句:那妳們可以回有車的地方問。這樣的接待讓人非常不舒服,賞車興致瞬間沒了。虧妳還是銷售經理,唉~

維修體驗很差,維修完之後車頂全是黑手手印不處理,跟副廠長反應只會請下面處理,也沒處理好,完全沒誠意的一間公司,品質越來越低

去到營業所時有向接待人員表明來看車,結果叫我等停車區裡的車開出來時在開進去停,過了十多分後都沒有車開出來,又來叫我開進去停在右側那格,開進一看裡面有三格車位,一下車時有一位業務出來詢問要看什麼車後,就說現在都沒車要等一年,也沒有優惠,就叫我們回去連大門都沒走進去一步,也沒拿張名片及DM給我,這到底是什麼服務態度,陳*婷這位真的不推薦

進廠查看哪邊故障,檢修費竟然要1200元。臺中的會依系統顯示金額檢修費來跟客戶收取實際費用,或者不收取檢修費,北高雄營業所竟然多收845的服務費。

進廠維修入口沒有監視器,出廠也沒有監視器,車子外表若有損壞車主自行負責~要怪自己沒有入出廠時檢查車子?
