★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看車當日，車廠僅有此位業務人員值班，此人員服務極差，不理客人、"完全不主動"介紹車輛狀況!把客人晾在諾大車廠!!!欲看車，車門也是鎖住。問他好像是不是沒有要賣車?該服務人員大言不慚的說可以找別的業務，全車廠現場就他一個人值班，到底要找誰。真的令人覺得莫名奇妙!!!只是要買車、我也都好聲好氣， 他囂張態度真的讓人一頭霧水。
去電至總公司客訴，總公司無奈表示無法即時對該值班人員進行勸說。

Called to the head office to complain, the head office reluctantly stated that it could not immediately persuade the staff on duty.
