★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約八點半來檢查車子，9:47分問專員才說剛要去檢查，檢查完了說中午才能維修好，請問顧客的時間都不是時間嗎？既然沒辦法八點半來就檢查為什麼要跟顧客約？

Isn't the time of the customer not time? Since there is no way to come at 8:30, why do you want to make an appointment with the customer?
