★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車子在路不平時有異音，在北永和廠查一上午查不出原因，因之前車尾有碰撞在土城廠大修，而轉至土城廠處理。原預計留車兩天查原因，後在與技師試車後，確認聲音來自天窗，在對天窗進行清潔後，目前已無異音，前後一個小時解決，直接取車回家。
 The car had abnormal noises on uneven roads, and the cause could not be found at the Beiyonghe factory in the morning. Due to a collision with the rear of the car, it was overhauled at the Tucheng factory and was transferred to the Tucheng factory for treatment. It was originally expected to stay in the car for two days to check the reason. After testing the car with a technician, it was confirmed that the sound came from the sunroof. After cleaning the sunroof, there was no abnormal sound. It was resolved within an hour before and after, and I took the car and went home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開WISH車沒問題於3/18(五)8點半預約欲前往換機油與輪胎打氣!但服務人員卻執意須定保套餐並列費用!我告知強調不要定保套餐只要換機油打氣..就好!糟糕的服務員竟然說公司沒有只換機油打氣的服務!一定要套餐強迫保養否則就離開!我當然二話不說就離開,心想顧客是沒有選擇權?一定是要被待宰付錢沒有不行嗎?(以前服務員還不錯,現在怎會素質這麼差)
There is no problem with driving a WISH car. Make an appointment at 8:30 on 3/18 (Friday) to go to the oil change and tire inflation! But the service staff insisted on the parallel cost of the insurance package! Good! The bad waiter actually said that the company doesn't have a service that only changes the oil and gas! You must have a package to force maintenance or leave! Of course I left without saying a word, thinking that the customer has no choice? It must be slaughtered and paid. Can't you? (The waiters were good in the past, how can they be so bad now)
