此服務廠,是基隆地區旗艦店,就目前來講服務兩次,感覺甚滿意的。1. 服務親切,接待人員解說保養項目很清楚。2.隨時有看板清楚顯示保養進度。3.保養服務人員若發現車子有些地方非本次保養的項目會過來休息說明有問題的地方及處理方式,詢問車主是否要處理。4.我這部車已經是第三部豐田車子,以前保養都是就近保養廠保養的,在因緣際會下,移到此保養廠,發現比其他保養廠更合我意,雖然離住家稍遠,下高速路約1公里即達,還蠻方便的。 目前唯一缺點(雖然是旗艦店)是進出口處(包括路邊,車子停太多了),剛到這裡時還搞不清入口是在哪裡?

If the maintenance service personnel find that some parts of the car are not the items of this maintenance, they will come to rest and explain the problematic places and treatment methods, and ask the owner if they want to deal with it. 4. My car is already the third Toyota car. I used to maintain it at the nearest maintenance plant. I moved to this maintenance plant due to chance. I found it was better than other maintenance plants, although it was a little far away from my home. It is about 1 km away from the highway, which is quite convenient. The only shortcoming (although it is a flagship store) is the entrance and exit (including the roadside, too many cars are parked). When I first arrived here, I couldn't figure out where the entrance was.

剛剛第一次去因為亮胎壓燈 亮很久結果是因為天氣冷胎壓太低 熱脹冷縮 才會導致這樣幫我打到38.5胎壓燈就滅了,他們值班服務的人員很好,還有幫我車子掉頭 正常來說不管去哪裡打氣都會收個工錢,他就說不用我是不知道是不是因為原廠的關係,下次如果要保養會在二次光顧的營業所 ,因為離家近,不用跑去汐止

對八堵廠的保養服務很失望, 車子已開24萬公里,也都在此保養,確從沒幫我注意齒輪箱油換了沒, 發現換檔不順卻建議8,9萬修齒輪箱或換車,也沒確認保養紀錄是否換過齒輪箱油, 在其他廠換輪胎看紀錄才發現從沒換油過, 很懷疑在Toyota原廠保養是在保護車子還是害車子?

明明已經用App預約好時間了沒有事先通知電話也沒有簡訊也沒有就亂改車主的預約時間是沒在尊重人還是把我們當小孩 我下次要來換賓士沒想到福特人員這麼不尊重客戶車主沒有事先通知就自行更改是當大家都沒事嗎隨時等他約就對了
