★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛店 根本看人在服務的。我家在這買了一台新車 後來要拿舊車去汰舊換新 結果去到店裡 櫃檯服務人員一臉不屑的態度是怎樣？因為沒錢賺 所以不爽服務？我跟櫃台的人員說明 結果根本沒在聽 甚至是裝在沒聽到沒看到？現在的業務都這麼囂張嗎？

服務還不錯，整體來說保養費比Honda划算很多，雖然沒有可以自己自由拿取的免費汽水或奶茶，便宜的保養費才是王道。

The service is not bad. Overall, the maintenance cost is much more cost-effective than Honda. Although there is no free soda or milk tea that you can freely take, the cheap maintenance fee is the king.

沒有一家業務像你們家王姓業務員的態度
我們自詡從頭到尾都沒有態度不好
誠懇的詢問相關問題
倒是業務員一直屎臉翻白眼
買車還要看人家臉色呵呵

過程中不懂為何王姓業務員展露不悅與不耐煩口氣
我們只是詢價而已不是殺價耶
且非無意願購買
發問問題還被服務員斜眼看待
這已經不是只有態度問題了吧
基本尊重都沒有
不想賣車可以直接說
還可以提早結束這種尷尬的氣氛
貴公司服務專員態度真是令人不敢恭維
大概貴公司也不缺我們一組客人吧

優先服務熟人客戶. 我人被晾在一邊兩個小時. 完全無人搭理！
之後. 改去其他台中地區Toyota服務就沒有這種問題. 服務品質好很多.
The service quality of Shalu Service Factory is very bad.
Serve acquaintance customers first. I was left to the side for two hours. Completely ignored!
After that, there is no such problem when I change to other Toyota services in Taichung area. The service quality is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務沒話說的原廠是我對豐田的感覺 而且展聽乾淨又舒適裡面的服務人員都是客氣又友善的 過去保養時還可選擇要你喜歡的點心坐在那等待你的車用好 不會讓你有拘束的感覺
而且值班人員 和專員的服務品質真是沒話說的 在此順便感謝那天的謝專員 的大力幫忙讓小編能夠把我的車都用的妥當，真是謝謝啦
