★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我父親買了一台cc 油電混合，因油耗ㄧ直處於15公里上下，多次詢問各處所都無法解決。前幾天來到該保修站，師傅了解狀況後，上車隨著我父親開車出去30分鐘，觀察我父親的開車習慣，隨後技師再示範開車給我爸看。主要原因是停紅綠燈時應該要打D檔，解決我父親很大的困擾，嗣後油耗已經能達到20公里。
非常感謝技師願意花時間，用心且有耐心的解決顧客的問題，在此致上深深的感謝。年邁的父親能遇到如此善良的師傅，實在是福氣。
My father bought a cc gas-electric hybrid, because the fuel consumption has been around 15 kilometers, and he has asked many places to solve it. I came to the maintenance station a few days ago. After the master understood the situation, he got in the car and drove out with my father for 30 minutes to observe my father's driving habits, and then the technician demonstrated the driving to my father. The main reason is that when the traffic light is stopped, I should hit the D gear, which solves my father's great trouble, and the fuel consumption can reach 20 kilometers after that.
Thank you very much for the technicians who are willing to take the time, attentively and patiently to solve the customer's problems. It is a blessing for my elderly father to meet such a kind teacher.
