★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結帳的時候，會員資料報了慢一點，叫我自己去服務台補登。很爛的服務。（正常流程不是退掉，重新結帳就好嗎）一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩個男生服務人員的態度極好，但是另一個有點年紀的短髮女服務人員態度需要改善，缺乏耐心，讓人覺得不舒服，請公司加強人員訓練，不然客人都會跑光光了，現場很多客人都頗有同感，買東西還要看人臉色，以後也不想再去了。
The attitude of the two male service staff is very good, but the attitude of the other female service staff with short hair needs to be improved. She lacks patience and makes people feel uncomfortable. Please ask the company to strengthen personnel training, otherwise the guests will all run away. I feel the same way. I don't want to go there again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玩具商品及種類滿齊全。雖然價格不便宜。卻是值得帶小孩來採購。建議店家不定時推出超殺價格。吸引買氣。一圓小孩的夢想。或是舉辦一日店長系列。應該可以吸引更多人參與。希望店家可以傾聽民意。回饋地方。永續經營。或是舉辦社區活動。或是高雄市內玩具巡迴活動。這樣效果一定可以意想不到。謝謝店家給小孩有個快樂的地方。好好用心經營。謝謝。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside Dream Mall on 5th floor D01. Toys "R" Us provides tons of selection of toys, for all ages. Price, understandably is more expensive than your local toy shops, but you can't beat the selection and variety.
