★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited just for the hot springs. As a foreigner I would highly suggest going with someone who speaks the language. It is mandatory to wear a swim cap so bring a shower cap if you don't own one or you will need to buy one for 100NTD. It was also odd that you had to go barefoot after entering. The lockers and showers were okay, they have a machine that will spin dry your bathing suit after you're done! As for the hot springs, they had 3 different temperature pools and they were all great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the hot spring, and they're definitely more on the basic offering side of things compared to some other luxurious hot springs that I've been to. It's a public pool, and you're required to have a swim suit and swim cap before entering. Feel free to get tickets along the way in those swimsuit shops as they'd offer group-buys and the prices are thus slightly cheaper. Hot springs range from 38 to 42 degrees Celsius, and they have both indoors and outdoor pools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities is old but clean, and the hot bath is around 41.5 deg C. Cold bath is not very cool, but big water spa facilities with great kids pool. Visited during one of the weekday evening, not many people around. Free parking. I bought the ticket from the swimming costume shop along the man road, which cost 175 compare to 300 onsite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for the day spa. They have private rooms but the public bath seemed better. You need to wear swimsuit and cap. The outdoor onsen and the rock spa were nice. The hottest bath is around 41 degrees. The changing rooms and showers could definitely be improved though. I'd recommend bringing slippers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't stay in the hotel, but came by to use their hot springs. They have both outdoor pools, and indoor medicated pools. They had a nice variety of herbs inside the medicated pools, as well as a sauna. Tip: Ladies, make sure to bring a cover up (I believe you have to be wearing a one piece swimsuit). The shower facilities weren't super clean, but they were pretty well kept. Overall, a good price for a decent experience!
