不僅響了很久（有想過或許太忙才晚接，但是接下來的態度就令人不開心
接起來回答態度散漫，愛回不回的
這會導致客人本來想點你們的飲料，就因為你們的態度而失去了想點你們飲料的心情
希望服務態度的教育訓練可以在完善一點。
