租車過程中也並無任何擦撞，
交還車時卻要客人承擔補漆之費用，
請汪小姐舉證刮痕不是租車前就存在，
也拿不出證明，只口頭上說了每天都會巡車，
所以自己知道租借前車子是完好全新的⋯
深怕是不是輪胎磨損，也要客人承擔之責任，
嘴巴隨便說說大家都會，但被硬拗了額外費用，
心裡實在覺得委屈，開開心心出遊卻敗興而歸。
