★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用現金繳交鑑定費用，後來因對方提告取消鑑定，來申請退款時無法現金退款，必須有帳號轉帳，提供提款卡上帳號不行，須存簿上的帳號，奇怪兩個帳號不是一樣的嗎？在沒收到退款前把繳款證明正本拿走，說是流程是這樣，但沒有任何拿走繳款單的收執證明，如果沒收到退款要如何再去申請，整個流程就是奇怪。

我申訴撤銷罰單被駁回，給我的證據就是我的車在紅線旁邊的照片。聽不懂人話嗎? 車就不是我移的，是施工單位沒把我車歸位，我也不知道施工單位是誰，到底要找誰還我清白???
打電話去解釋，李姓承辦員說看照片就是我的車亂停，整個聽不懂我解釋，也聽不懂假設性問題，這就是基層人員素質?? 可憐吶
