★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去拿交通判決書，抽了號碼牌等待，但是保險人員佔據了櫃台前面的位置，要處理資料不能去旁邊慢慢用嗎？
輪到我的時候，根本無法靠近櫃台，其他等待叫號的人等到了，也無法靠近
可以請保險業務們不要這麼自私嗎？請交通服務隊的人員，幫他們這些保險員另外準備桌椅好嗎？不然需要拿資料的民眾現場抽號碼幹嘛...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一個孕媽咪來拿事故單，詢問門口警員附近何處可以停車，警員拿手電筒一直往我身上照還，還反問說：妳這樣直接問警察對嗎？
然後好不容易到裡面了，櫃檯警員也是一副吵架樣說：現在幾點了？來拿事故單？妳是不會看時間嗎？
走出來真的覺得滿肚子委屈⋯想哭
我生平第一次來拿事故單，真的不知道這附近哪裡可停車，還有應該要在5:00前來拿，我真的不知道⋯真對不起⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要幫忙一個過世的小朋友家裡申請補助，打了10幾通電話，不是承辦人員忙線中，要不就是承辦人員休假，好不容易問到承辦人，卻一直答非所問，要不就是一直強調這邊是公家機關，請問申請、申辦業務有這麼麻煩嗎？又不是不按規定走，連警察單位都可以這麼的〇〇，真是令人大開眼界。
