Went here to get my PCR test done. It was the first working day after CNY and that explained why there were so many people queueing for the test, too crowded for my own liking especially in these times, but also cannot blame the hospital because this is the only hospital that will accept you to take the test without needed to online registration, hence the numbers of people. The location also really far as it's in Neihu, it took me around 1 hour and half to get here, if you ride MRT, off from KunYang station, take bus across the MRT station, ride bus for at least 10 mins then walk to get inside the emergency department. But, I will recommend this hospital due to their service was great, warm, willing to help, and their hospitality is good, from security to the nurse attitude and handling such massive crowd. If you are planning to take PCR test, online registration (preferred), bring you ori and copy of passport/ARC card/ Taiwan insurance card, get inside to be registered, fill out the test form (hospi provide), wait for your name to be called, test, pay NTD 7000 (Feb 16th 2021), and wait for the day after to get the result. There's 7eleven or Hi-Life nearby for photocopy or printing.

This place is disgusting they are holding me hostage and not giving me any information. I'd rather try to survive on my own than ever come back here. I'm pretty sure at least 3 of the floors here are haunted.

I came here for vaccination. The doctors and employers (including the volunteers) are professional and friendly. The environment is clean and clear, too.

some doctors here and nurses are good but some nurses are rude! they are shouting the sick people(are they your dog?)patients life is in your hand and we appreciate your good job but be human to the sick one"what if you are in their situation?"the world is up and down,always remember that.

No Humanity, No Humility,,no feeling of nurses wanting to help sick people. First time I went here, my wife had food posing, and after 1.5 hours in emergency still no doctor had come and the nurses said they do not know when he will be free. The nurses did not check on her or tried to help but were busy chatting or playing their phone. ( we left to Chungsiao city Hospital and after 5 minutes they gave her a drip and shot, and she was better within minutes . Second time my child had plaido stuck in the nose on a holiday, they took 3 pcr test, 2 they screwed up and the third they hurt my baby very bad ( it seems the 2 young guys don't know that toddlers should do in the throat not nose ) once we got to the doctor she said the plaido had all come out of the nose but she had bleeding and 2 fresh wounds . THESES WERE CAUSED BY THE 2 Young guys thst where in charge of PCR The helpers ( some not even paid !)outside and lobby are the best in this hospital, some doctors are quite good and also feel like care about patients, but the nurses in emergency are a disgrace and they have 0 compassion nor have any interest of really helping people I would suggest that Tri Service hospital sends their Nurses to Tai An or even public City Hospital on Chungsiao for training how to treat patients .... there your nurses could learn humanity and humility and that a few nice words and a minutes or caring for someone will make people feel better .
