★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該店營業到很晚～對晚上下班需要洗頭的人來說是小確幸，去洗了幾次都是加價100洗SPA洗，前面2次去洗的時候現場沒有客滿，都會洗好洗滿到20分鐘左右，按摩的力道也很到位！
最後一次去也是洗SPA洗，當時現場基本上可以說也是沒客滿，設計師洗頭只隨便洗幾下，按摩不到1分鐘就叫我起身了，比我自己洗的時間還要快？說實話根本沒有加價該有的體驗，之後吹乾頭髮時給人感受也不好，經過這次後大老遠跑到林森北洗頭也不會再挑這家了⋯⋯
2顆星是給前面兩次的設計師:)

The designer only washed my hair a few times, and the massage took less than 1 minute to wake me up, which was faster than my own washing time? To be honest, I don’t have the experience of increasing the price at all, and I don’t feel good when drying my hair. After this time, I will go all the way to Linsenbei to wash my hair, and I won’t choose this one again…

針對您所說的設計師同時用兩位客人來說，這不是都很正常嗎？
試問現在有哪間髮廊忙的時候不是手上都同時會有幾位顧客呢？
商店回覆，我進行以下說明：
請設計師的回覆審慎評估, 我已經很清楚表達，
“等待30-40分鐘之久，才進行護髮後沖洗”
如果是尚未進行服務，此時等待稍微溝通一下是可以彼此尊重，
但是客戶的頭已經在蒸汽結束後再等待30-40分鐘，
這樣的服務態度及商店的回覆，我就不在評論了。
留給網友們自行判斷，如果你們在消費是這樣被對待，你們還會再去嗎？
如果您真的想要從頭到尾只要設計師一人只為妳一個人服務的話，建議您可以去東區找高單價的髮廊比較有可能有這樣的機會。
商店回覆，我進行以下說明：
在留下的評論，僅是說明已經預約情況，代表商家已評估過該時段設計師能配合的狀況，倘若再無預約的情況，需要等候的情況就是客人自行評估是否要消費，然而商家卻讀解成是專人服務，商家這樣的回覆就留給網友們評估到底是誰偏頗。
再說電棒造型加價不都是很正常，難道社會上您加購東西都不用付錢嗎？使用者付費這東西很難理解嗎？
商店回覆，我進行以下說明：
請商家要進行回覆時，將語意理解清楚，評論中都已表述，在溝通“後”，才說電棒造型要加購，我一開始只表述我希望有個捲度即可，是設計師可以直接說明如果捲度要持久可以用電棒，但是需要加購，而不是在設計師要拿電棒的時候再說要加錢，甚至於在回覆時用如此不理性的字句，甚至讓我覺得這樣的回覆深具攻擊性。
就讓各位經過的網友，看看商店的回覆，
商店不檢討明知同一時段已預約的狀況，先讓客人了解會有等待的狀況進行說明，卻在評論中闡述成專一服務？
再來設計師不檢討技術加強空間，卻解讀成客人不懂的使用著付費概念？
