這裡也是新生訓導處時期政治受難者打石勞動的場所，它的奇特造型和美麗景致，成為綠島的重要地標。
Sanfengyan consists of a group of andesite sea erosion columns, located at the front end of a sea erosion platform extending to the sea, like a group of soldiers being watched by the nearby Jiangjunyan.
This is also a place where the political victims of the Xinsheng Training Office used stone to work. Its peculiar shape and beautiful scenery have become an important landmark of the Green Island.

There is a rocky beach near Sanfengyan behind the Human Rights Museum. At low tide, there will be a rich intertidal zone. You can walk around and see the ecology of the intertidal zone. We come here in the evening and you can also enjoy the beautiful evening scenery. Some small parts of the beach here are also thin shell sand, but many people drink here, leaving glass bottle fragments, not suitable for walking barefoot to enjoy the beach
