I highly recommend Ken as the personal trainer. He customizes the training based on my condition and is always supportive. He always pays attention to the fundamental postures, which make esch training more effetive. The goal he sets for me is challenging but achievable. I feel more energetic and healthier in my daily life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an awesome place for work out that the service attitude is well and coach Cory is a great coach, because I have the issue of scoliosis, thus it is hard to plan the work out for me, but Cory is very thoughtful and attentive at my situation that succeed in solving my problem, now I am more confident because of having a healthy and fit body that I am pride with. Furthermore, people here are very nice which makes here easy making friends. Not even mention the environment is always neat that's why it is comfortable exercising in the True Yoga.
