★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這買了三個東西：熱水瓶、刮鬍刀、吸塵器，先說服務的部分真的不錯，對待顧客很親切，只是東西買了這三件，第一件熱水瓶買來的時候手動按鍵出水故障，買來就故障，第二件沒問題目前使用穩定，第三件吸塵器修了第一次沒吸力，修好回來用兩次，上禮拜又拿去修電池，維修人員竟然跟我說這部分保固半年維修要1800！？！？！？
我才使用一年而已⋯⋯是我比較倒霉嗎？都買到故障的！！還是這產品本來就有問題？？
I bought three items here: thermos, razor, and vacuum cleaner. First, the service part is really good and treats customers very kindly, but I bought these three items. When the first thermos bottle was bought, the manual button was out of water. , I bought it and failed. The second one is no problem. It is stable in use. The third vacuum cleaner has no suction power the first time. It was repaired and used twice. The battery was repaired last week. The maintenance staff told me that this part is guaranteed for half a year. Repair needs 1800! ? ! ? ! ?
I only used it for a year...Is it my luck? All bought faulty! ! Or is this product inherently problematic? ?

「不好意思～想請問請問建國店沒有？那其他門市是否有庫存呢？」
店員：「其他門市我不知道」
「可以幫忙查詢看看嗎～？」
最後得到回覆「我現場有客人，可能沒辦法」
哈嘍只有你現場的是客人其他都不是，或許妳現場真的很忙，但電話應對的訓練真的有待加強
「稍等回電給您」或「要晚一點才能幫您詢問，可以等待嗎？」其實都可以
而不是拒絕服務想在您們店面購買商品的人
