★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple專員的專業知識豐富, 協助客戶態度良好, 在此店購買Apple產品無須擔憂售後問題。 但除了Apple產品之外, 其他產品陳列有些雜亂 , 尤其是僅有一個收銀台, 讓客人等待時間有點長 , 燦坤若能提高質感將令客戶更滿意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年八月在燦坤買一副耳機，用三個月就一邊沒聲音，想說保固可能一或兩個月而已，就直接擱抽屜。
昨天到另一間燦坤打算再去買新的，提到此事，結果店員說一年內拿發票可以換新的！ 發票？去年八月的，誰還會留著啊？
還好有加入會員，電腦裡面查到紀錄不用發票也可以換，剛剛去換新的回來，好開心！覺得加入會員值得了！?
謝謝服務人員簡先生親切的服務，雖然這次沒給您業績，下次有需要購買其他產品一定會去找您！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choice is not as large as famous 3C areas from Hsinchu, but this shop is one of the best for downtown Zhubei. Staff is available if needed, prices are fair, display of products is effective and it gives enjoyable time walking around the shelves. So, definitely worth a look if you are in need of some 3C products, but as said, choice is not that big.
