星期三我老公下訂洗衣機,店員跟我們說星期六下午四點會到,結果我們等到四點沒人,再等到五點也沒人,我請我老公打電話,小姐查一下說請我們等師傅電話~ 好啊~等到六點10幾分覺得不太對,又叫老公打電話去問,結果才跟我們說沒排到出貨~ 真的很傻眼,為了等今天,東西都準備出去,如果一開始問沒排出貨,那我還不會覺得很生氣~如果今天我們沒問,不就還要傻傻地繼續等??? 1111很忙我能理解,但是沒排出貨,客人打來也不查清楚,這個我就不能理解,說無言我還是講了一大堆~希望下次貴店職員教育訓練可以做好一點

店員服務品質落差很大,以後會很長一段時間不會再來消費!! 原本購買一個藍芽喇叭,回去之後才發現裡面鋰電池完全沒電,返回要換貨(電池完全沒電,電池使用壽命會因失電狀態持續長短而受影響),某一男服務員解釋不能退換貨,除非送廠商鑑定商品狀態。剛踏離一步轉念想還是先送鑑定,去別地方再買一個先用。回頭回去要送鑑定,男店員開頭即說他剛才不是解釋過了! (OS:就是照你解釋送廠商判斷商品狀態,難道剛剛你只是想打發我),講其他客戶買行動電源也遇到裡面完全沒電的狀態....巴拉巴拉的一堆,希望我拿回去先用再說....。後來一位女店員過來支援,認為我是來吵的奧客,就直接退費。男店員補一句話說會註記客戶資料,以後不能再賣我電池類產品!!!(OS:這是在威脅我確定要退貨嗎?)原先只是要你們送廠商檢查,是店家想省事直接退貨的!!或是自己也認定電池壽命受影響,要是正視這個情形,很多產品都不用賣了。一般消費性電子產品的情形都是先賣,產品有問題讓消費者來幫品檢,但這次服務的情形讓人很不能認同,想讓客戶自行吞下吸收有疑慮的商品,就是想到這點才轉頭回去要求送廠商檢查。

男店員態度不好,要做服務業就不要不耐煩,你不一定比消費者更有學識更專業

專業度、態度、誠信皆不及格,不好的消費體驗。還原金是啥自家出的都不懂。口氣說詞要再訓練加強。說沒貨突然又有貨、說要過幾個月後才會通知取貨結果過沒幾天就在叫了、不給殺價我認了,價格沒查好即報出原價要人吃下?要是我沒查官網價格不就被坑了?開了20多年的分店請不要這麼散漫可以嗎?
