★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理元山飲水機所以特別拜訪燦坤門市，請店員協助送件至元山維修中心，送件後會電話通知修理費用再決定是否修理，之後修完再到燦坤取回即可。流程很通暢，比自行送件快多了，大概2週就完成，感謝店員的熱心協助。
To repair the Wonsan water dispenser, I specially visited the Tsankun store and asked the clerk to assist in sending the parts to the Wonsan repair center. After the parts are delivered, the repair cost will be notified by phone before deciding whether to repair them. The process is very smooth, much faster than the delivery by yourself, it will be completed in about 2 weeks, thank the staff for their enthusiastic assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務很差，請裝冷氣的師傅幫忙處理簡單工程，每次約都放鳥，約早上晚上才來看，說去拿器具結果只是來看看就走，打給燦坤服務人員也沒有要幫忙處理的意思，如果真的太忙至少要說一下，直接放鳥，浪費大家的時間，真的會氣死

I only come to see it in the morning and evening. I said that I went to get the equipment and I just came to see it and left. Meaning, if you're really busy, at least say something, just let the birds go and waste everyone's time, you'll be really pissed off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 售後服務差。冷氣買不到一年出狀況不冷。連絡好幾次才上門。修理時又常忘了帶器具。又常放鴿子從4月到現在催了5，6次才約好時間。東西又沒帶齊。很差。門市服務人員也很鬆散，一問三不知。

Often forget to bring equipment when repairing. And often put pigeons from April to the present, after 5 or 6 times to make an appointment. Nothing was brought. very poor.
