服務態度超差的,一旦買完東西後態度就一落千丈,買新房時要購置電器,一開始詢價時還很殷勤,還會跟你介紹有什麼特價、送購物金等等,可一旦買完後就開始裝死了,遲遲不來的購物金,反應店家還一直鬼打牆,平日上班還要求我特地時間使用,是你們自己遲發為啥後果顧客承擔?

很少來竹南店2-3年才進來一次結果卻如此態度很不好一進門就問你有沒有會員,是怎樣沒會員不能進?剛好我有會員!太失禮了吧!我都沒講你坐門口還可以吃麵…上班如此隨便的一家店真是可惜,會員都繳給你們燦坤讓你上班吃麵跟懷疑問話真的是昏倒!(對面不用會員的全國電子都比你們服務態度誠懇殷切)
