現場服務人員比顧客多,但菜鳥服務員一問三不知,菜鳥問店長更是愛理不理;面對客人詢問,店長一直坐在椅子上滑手機,間斷式有一搭沒一搭的回答,所以是很不缺業績就對了!

服務態度真的不太好,很多年沒遇到購買時沒提示"拆封後不能退換",回家拆封後發現用不了拿去換,工作人員就會說"產品是沒問題的,所以不及與退換貨服務",過程中會有種工作人員瘋狂找你失誤的感覺,與家樂福等商家有明顯的差異

沒有遇過這麼消極態度的處理方式。 買一台新電腦,在新品鑑賞期間發現問題,送原廠檢測兩週後,原廠判定有瑕疵。該店不相信原廠的判定結果,擅自後送自己的檢測中心二次檢測,完全沒有通知消費者。還要客人打電話詢問才得知此事。 購買此電腦的整個過程耗費了我至少一個月,客人沒催就慢慢來是嗎?難道一定要等到客人忍無可忍的時候,發飆了才來處理嗎? 雖然最終是解決了我的退款作業,但我再也不會來這裡消費了。
