★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 燦坤這幾年確實有貼近市場價格,一些電器價格並無售價偏高,如果有會員,有些價格甚至低於網拍,有時如果公司有保固延長活動,那更是划算。只是商店可能平時銷售不多,備貨狀況不太好,有些電器都是要訂。

前兩次都是我媽一個人去幫我挑選藍芽無線耳機,
結果第一個商品回家拆開後發現充電盒蓋不緊+耳機放進去後有一邊是突出的。
15號當天就拿回去給店員看,店員說是瑕疵品。
我媽就補差價換了另一個牌子的回來。
這次店員怕又發生瑕疵品事件,
所以當場充電測試右耳機,一切正常。
結果回家充電衝了至少兩小時半以後,
我發現左耳沒亮燈+沒聲音。
天哪!?我到底是有多衰?連續遇到兩次瑕疵品???
於是16號我們又跑回去店家。
結果店員態度很差…
我:這個耳機左耳沒有聲音。
店員:你充電多久?
我:至少兩小時半。
(因為說明書上說不要充超過四小時,會造成電池耗損,
所以我就充大概三小時,但由於沒有計時,
所以我就回答「至少」兩小時半。)
店員:那就是你沒充飽電啊!這樣怎麼可能會有聲音?
我:可是說明書上說不要充超過四小時啊!會造成電池耗損耶!
店員:那說明書寫那樣你就信喔?
我:那你們說明書就寫那樣,不然我不看說明書要怎麼用?
店員:你這就是明顯沒充飽電啊!
我:但是至少充電兩小時半,實際有超過啊!
而且在第一步的「雙耳配對」就沒成功了呀?左耳完全沒聲音耶?
我是按照說明書操作的呀!
店員:啊不然你去換一款。
-我和媽媽在挑選耳機中-
店員碎唸:就這種價位(699)的耳機還想要要求多高品質啊…
我聽到這句話的當下滿火大的,但我沒有多說什麼,就繼續默默的挑耳機。
我:請問我可以挑一款現場打開測試嗎?因為我覺得連續遇到兩次很瞎。
店員:拜託!耳機都要充電才可以用啊!
如果你覺得沒辦法接受,你可以去別家買。
我:可是你們這間店的耳機連續出包兩次,品質這樣,我覺得我要花時間一直跑來很麻煩。
店員:拜託不用這麼氣,你可以直接去別家店。
-當場我實在是很生氣,所以就和媽媽離開那裡。-
哇塞!我自己也做過好多服務業,
我都不知道店員可以在這種狀況下,直接請客人去別間店挑選耶?
再來,什麼叫「說明書寫那樣你就信喔」?
那請問我完全不熟悉一個東西的情況下,
我不看說明書要看什麼操作?
而且那句「這種價位還想要要求多高品質」讓我超不能接受的!
那你要不要直接表示「本店有最低消費」啊?
2022/4/15-16, we visited Tsan Khun three times.

On the 15th, I took it back and showed it to the clerk. The clerk said it was a defective product.
My mother made up the difference and exchanged it for another brand.
This time, the clerk was afraid of another defective product incident.
So charge and test the right earphone on the spot, everything works fine.
As a result, after going home and charging for at least two and a half hours,
I found that the left ear has no lights + no sound.

So on the 16th we ran back to the store again.
As a result, the attitude of the shopkeeper is very bad...

Clerk: How long do you charge?
Me: At least two and a half hours.
