直到我打到燦坤客服後才通知可以讓我退刷,請問每個退刷沒單據的標準流程就是要打到燦坤客訴就可以嗎？
退刷當下我口氣很好再詢問一次,你們店家沒單據不能協助處理嗎？
家店沒讓我把話說完就叫我刷這邊,也沒回我問題,我真的覺得服務態度很差整個退刷過程在刁難！！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去買東西店裡基本上我沒有看到有客人我可以因為要結帳在櫃檯站了快5分鐘還沒辦法結完帳離開~我只買了一樣東西而已~可能是店員非常的不熟悉結帳的POS機吧~而且我買的產品還是從你們櫃檯拿出來的我並沒有進去裡面尋找我要的東西~這樣的結帳實在是有需要很強大的熟悉
I basically didn’t see any customers when I went to the shop to check out. I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes and left because I had to check out. I only bought one item. Maybe the clerk is very unfamiliar with knots. It’s a POS machine for the account~ and the product I bought was taken out of your counter. I didn’t go in and search for what I wanted~ This kind of checkout is really necessary and very familiar.
