結果，我打電話到文心門市，服務員很禮貌說沒有貨，可是可以訂貨，服務態度很好。
結論：青海店員工訓練待加強，不推薦

As a result, I called Wenxin store, and the waiter politely said that there was no stock, but I could order, and the service attitude was very good.
Conclusion: Qinghai store staff training needs to be strengthened, not recommended
