It's not a showroom effect when you actually buy it. Can be cheaper than online sites, offers great service, and a delicious restaurant below.

Great team of staffs and seemed to understand the products really well! Got a huge variety and selection of every electronics including accessories. Just about every type of electronics you can think of!

NEVER BUY HERE! They have a huge variety of products, and they will give you huge discounts specially if you are a member, basically I found the product I like and felt disappointed when I saw a Label saying NT$2,060, later they told me it have a discount so it is NT$1,800 so makes things a little bit better, later I joined as a member and applied another discount and finally left my product at NT$1,600 the price I paid, NT$400 is a huge saving and a big discount, but later I found same product in another store for NT$1,300 and felt so scam I slo google the product online and you can buy it at yahoo for NT$1,100

Certainly is a flagship store. Labrynthian, huge, multifloor, must have most products in consumer electronics. A bit hard to navigate, but staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Almost useless. Almost every time I've gone here looking for something they tell me to get it online. Why do they have a store? It's a sad sight for a "Flagship" store.

I went to the store to look at refrigerators during a weekday, and I was probably browsing for about 15 minutes, while the floor staff huddled together in the middle conversing. In the end the team member that approached me was probably less knowledgeable about the products than I was (given I spent 30 minutes Googling some comparisons). The store itself is fine has a pretty good selection, but altogether layout is difficult to navigate, and prices are no better than even their own website.

Apple partner here is the worst. I have been to other stores but the people here don’t care about customers needing help. Yes me was just sitting at the counter. A woman standing around and when asked just points you to another guy who is on his mobile phone. When finally someone comes out from the back was I finally helped. The new guy tries and checking the covers. Guy on his mobile comes then snickers when I said I needed an IPad cover but just for the screen as I switch from magic keyboard when working on a desk and moving around. I showed him a cover for an older model as reference. He laughs and says those are old. If you need a cover you can only get these. Then walks away. The other guy who was helping me says apologetically that maybe in after market stores I might be able to find one. It’s just sad that this will affect 3C’s rating since I have always enjoyed their customer service. The guys at the appliance and laptop areas are great. Just not the Apple partner.

Great staff, great variety of products. However, they only get 4 stars because of the crazy welcome you get at the entrance- there are airport like doorways installed at the entrance that spray disinfectant all over you! Guess what!? Some actuality went in my eye!!
