今天去買了電子鍋,因疫情也不敢久逛,進門隨即問了門口的男服務員(他正在服務其他客人),他準確的告訴我產品位置,當我看好產品時,這位服務員沒忘了我,忙完即過來問我需要產品介紹嗎?我請他幫我拿我要的電子鍋及適合的延長線,也專業的告訴我需要三轉二的插頭,離開時看見門口外面有水龍頭,我想洗手,他在裡面看到立刻拿了洗手乳問我需不需要,真是太貼心了,故事還沒完,洗了手拿了電子鍋到摩托車,才發現腳踏板的空間放不下,我又去找了那位男服務員求助,他幫我用繩將電鍋綁在座墊上,好讓我載回家,真是太感謝了您了,疫情期間他們都帶著口罩及面罩(面罩裡都是汗)還這樣用心的服務客人真的要給1千萬個讚啦!希望你們一切平安~

燦坤福利機我本身也買了好幾樣商品了,只能說這次比較"雖" 在網路燦坤線上購物訂了一台三星洗衣機(福利機),下訂後一定會到現場查看機況,我甚至要求過電測試可不可以,觸碰面板上按鍵鈕都沒問題,外觀些微黏膠及刮痕我都ok,直到10/24送貨到家裡時,師傅安裝三樓陽台後測試,發現觸碰面板右下角往下凹進去,這時我趕緊打電話給燦坤鳳山店,店員(女)回覆說,當時測試都沒問題(的確現場測試都ok面板也沒凹進去),店員說1.當時那邊就有一個弧度是凹進去 2.又說可能師傅般運的時候壓到 我回覆說當時看的時候觸碰面板都正常,那現在搬到家裡已經凹陷下去,店員回覆那個面板跟外殼本來就有凹下去,是你自己沒發現。然後又說師傅搬運的時候也可能有凹到。試問店員一下,不覺得很矛盾嗎?現場師傅要測試ㄉ時候也發現觸碰面板凹進去,一開口就說福利機就是會這樣子(那我下訂前檢查室檢查假的嗎?),後續我回覆店員說,1.現場看觸碰面板就是沒凹進去 2.你說師傅搬運ㄉ時候壓到,我也可以換句話說你們包裝的時候是不是也有壓到,後來我請別家店長幫忙時(我有傳照片給店長),店長再傳給鳳山負責人看,鳳山市負責人才知道我講的地方跟他當時(現場交機狀況檢查)看的地方不一樣,那.....他講的那個弧度是不是又有另一個地方凹到這個我就不知道了。 後續鳳山店員說可以讓我退機,或是請三星原廠來檢查看能不能修復,維修費鳳山店會吸收,後續修復其實都不是問題,為什麼遇到這種鳥是鳳山店是這樣子回覆我...... 或許是師傅(及包裝人員)壓到,不然可能隔幾天現場有客人去壓?這些都是有可能,開始我打電話反映說觸碰面板壓到跟他想的是不一樣的地方,說是本來就有凹到,這個商品福利機有問題也要告知客人吧!還是你們在賭看這台瑕疵機能賣就賣掉,還有就是我10/20要去付款下訂,鳳山店員說這台已經被明誠店訂走,我是很納悶的是為什麼我都網路下單這台,明誠店還可以訂走這台.......
