差到不行? 當下購買時,發現包裝有壓痕、沒膠帶封膜,還特別詢問店員是新貨嗎? 結果店員回應是新貨只是外盒擠壓到。 回來使用根本是有問題的貨= = 服務態度真的很散漫耶⋯ 另外當初購買時也有詢問此商品有無會員價,結帳店員告知沒有會員價,因此我們就沒有特別申辦會員。 但靈異的事情來了,回去看發票時居然被key了不知道是誰的vip會員^_^ 累積折抵金額將近3000元呢!真不曉得員工用自己的會員累積了多少客人的點數呢?

送修web鏡頭,結果二位店員給不同答案,一位說大話說東西拿來就可以換新的,另一位則要求當初買的發票才給換,真的是希望該公司好好教育員工
