4/24到門市買刮鬍刀頭,店員核對了型號後,光查資料就用了10幾分鐘,非常不專業;之後店員給了訂貨單,並告知會有人來電跟我報價 4/28遲遲沒有消息,故致電於燦坤麻豆店詢問商品訂貨情形,店員核對資料後告知要在詢問一下、之後回電,30分鐘後回電報價為1100元,預計3個工作天能到貨 5/5遲遲沒消息,故致電於燦坤麻豆店詢問商品到貨情形,店員核對資料後告知要在詢問一下、之後回電,效率非常之差;店員來電說:他們上次說要打電話跟我報價,但我都沒接電話,所以已經幫我退貨了.... 早在4/28就跟我報過價而且說3個工作天會到貨???不然我怎知價錢是1100元???更何況在這期間我的手機根本沒有任何陌生來電,哪來的我沒接電話???而且從頭到尾都是我"主動"詢問,服務態度非常消極,感覺根本沒心處理客戶問題 P.S.我到全X電X買個一樣1100元的刮鬍刀頭,前前後後從進去詢問到核對商品至結帳開立發票,不到10分鐘結束,這個落差更讓我驚嘆
