最後還要去其他店買

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去電看筆電,店員問想要什麼型號,我拿照片告知我想要上面的那台,店員去查後告知目前沒有那台型號但是有一模樣的,當我要問他問題,他卻跑去跟其他人員說話,等他有空,我又再次詢問,但是講一講又沒說稍等,直接跟一位人員到後門去,這樣的服務品質是對的嗎?我就已經不懂,你還一直中斷我想知道的訊息,真的很讓人感到失望
I went to see the laptop today. The clerk asked me what model I wanted. I took the photo and told me that I wanted the one above. I ran to talk to the other person, and when he was free, I asked again, but after talking about it, I didn't say wait for a while, and went directly to the back door with a person. Is this kind of service quality right? I don't get it anymore, it's really disappointing that you keep interrupting what I want to know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天晚上到店面詢問問電器相關問題。
進門時沒有服務人員詢問打招呼(不過這還好沒關係),但看電器時女店員才從櫃檯吶喊詢問是否掃描實聯制(我有掃描了,但為什麼一開始不問要用吶喊的?)
要瞭解電器相關問題,還要到櫃檯將服務人員請來,且回答問題過程都微微翻白眼+不耐煩(感覺像是:你問這什麼問題)讓人感覺很糟糕(如果該服務人員原本就有眼睛脫窗問題,我很抱歉誤會她了)
過年期間與朋友一同前往詢問過一次是男店員,態度很好,但沒即時記下價錢所以二訪諮詢。
但昨天諮詢整體感受非常不佳??

Went to the store last night to ask questions about electrical appliances.
When I entered the door, no service staff asked to say hello (but it was okay), but when I was looking at the electrical appliances, the female clerk shouted from the counter to ask whether to scan the real system (I have a scan, but why didn't I ask to use a shout at the beginning?)
To learn about electrical related issues, you have to go to the counter to invite the service staff, and the process of answering the question is a slight roll of eyes + impatience (it feels like: what question are you asking), which makes it feel bad (if the service staff already has Eyes out of the window, I'm sorry for misunderstanding her)
During the Chinese New Year, I went with a friend to ask once it was a male clerk who had a good attitude, but he didn't write down the price immediately, so I visited for a second consultation.
But the overall feeling of consultation yesterday was very bad??
Not recommended ???
