3.家電產品不齊，無法滿足客戶需求。
4.店數少，密集度不如全國。
5.無法與時俱進！
6.以上5點急須改進。

近年來去服務人員態度都很差
且超跩 不知道是公司欠他們多少錢一樣
只顧著自己聊天 客人去了也當作沒看到
甚至問他們問題也愛回不回的
回應完就回去櫃檯（？）
然後還有問題要問 還要從產品區跑去櫃檯問人員
這種服務態度真的是差到爆炸
寧願跑遠的門市去買
再也不會來這間門市買了
