★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 收銀小姐的服務態度非常的惡劣，前天用line pay買了一條30cm長的typeC充電線，因為太短，包裝也没有拆開，想換成100cm長的線。收銀小姐居然因為我沒有明細，而不讓我換貨。給她看了line
pay上的付款明細後，還堅持没有明細不給換貨。最後找了店長後，才讓我換貨。

上次我岳父來買傳真機買回去發現無法用 拿去跟你們換一台 要麻煩你們現場測試有沒有問題 一直在那推來推去 結果測試後一樣無法用 要退錢 說無法退 明明是你們自己本身的問題 卻無法退錢 到最後我岳父說要去消基會告你們 你們才退錢 說真的 去過那麼多燦坤 就你們服務態度最差

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度超差的，上門直接詢問滑鼠線不夠長，是應該買連接線還是買新的滑鼠，店員回覆建議買新的滑鼠，因為連接線使用上怕訊號不好，接受了店員的建議買新的。
要買有線滑鼠詢問實際線長，只回覆不知道，建議買一組新的回去試試看，若線長不夠再來買連接線，再問一般標準的線長度為多長，卻直接回覆我是100cm，後來還是自己當場上網搜尋才知道羅技有線滑鼠線長是180cm，門市都沒客戶也不幫忙查訊息，海佃門市的服務態度就不會這樣，真的差好多喔。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天拿先前買的“分享器”要請他們幫忙看一下，結果進去裡面只有一個店員，站在左邊遠遠的看著我，也不沒過來打招呼，以為他在忙，我就找其他地方卻都沒看到店員，後來我走回門口看他、想問他，可是他一副好像沒看到人的樣子~???我問他說可以幫忙看一下“分享器”嗎？他還是站得遠遠的，也沒走靠近，就只回我說那個要“工程師才會檢查”呢！但是今天工程師都沒上班喔！服務態度很差！！ * 記得以前這家的服務是很好的呢！！！
