The service attitude is super good. A thin and tall female clerk heard that there was a problem with the product in my hand. Even if I did not buy it at Tsann Kuen and the warranty card was lost, I immediately came to help and solved the problem smoothly.

This is my best return service experience. Logitech wireless mouse is broken after 2 months of use. I am very worried whether I can change it. The clerk really didn't work after the test. Give me a new one directly. He said he had the impression of selling it to me (our company is next door. They are all buying 3C here). So he believed me. Change directly. No information is needed. Monad. Really have nothing to say and follow up with good service. Worth 5 stars.
