前幾天去新化門市買印表機?️,以說明我的需求手機及電腦可以無線支援列印的需求,卻推薦我canon2010 但回家按步驟安裝但最後一步安裝電腦程式才發現無法安裝,說明說上及盒上並未明顯寫著不支援蘋果系列Mac電腦,詢問canon官網才發現這一款根本不支援Mac ,雖然還在購買七天內但因為墨水罐已加入(是按照說明書上步驟使用),事後在第六天拆封安裝發現完全無法安裝也電話詢問退換貨,遭拒絕,燦坤客服電話也一直打不進去客訴。
還有店員的不專業 還推薦我要多買一組墨水 說因為原廠附送的墨水只有七分滿,但實際上墨水罐倒入是全滿剛好的,欺騙消費者的行為,一次次對燦坤新化門市服務人員愈來愈失望。
請大家以後去燦坤新化門市購買要小心,請三思售後服務個人認為是在差評到極致。
燦坤客服電話要申訴員工也打不進去⋯⋯⋯⋯也許全國電子還比較貼心一點。
