★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率差的要命,購買家電附贈的贈品,從年前拖到年後,致電詢問是否有貨可取,到現場門市人員不斷推託,東西也取不到,藐視顧客權益,表面上說會再打電話回覆,過了一個月還是沒收到消息。
態度不專業,介紹也不完善,完全不會再去消費,一顆星也不想給,服務超級差勁。
The efficiency is terrible. I bought the gifts that came with home appliances. From the year before to the end of the year, I called to ask if there were any goods to be picked up. The on-site store staff kept pushing me, but I couldn’t get anything. I disregarded the rights and interests of customers. Called back, but still no message after a month.
The attitude is unprofessional, the introduction is not perfect, I won't go to spend at all, I don't want to give a star, the service is super bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年拿了蘋果平板去送修(有事先打去官網詢問可到哪裡送修,蘋果官網告知燦坤門市都可以協助送修)到了門市,一位男店員(有點胖胖的)沒有要理人低著頭理貨,可以理解可能需要整理到一個階段,站在旁邊乾等,店員終於抬起頭站起來,我客客氣氣的說不好意思我要送修蘋果平板,店員一口回絕說要送修要送到中原路,不是在燦坤購買的不能在那邊送修,我回覆我已經打過官網電話,他跟我說可以送來這裡我才來的,店員看了我一眼,才願意拿走我的平板,幫我處理,後來建檔維修資料時,又跟我說需要收300檢修費,我說可是我是保固內,店員才看了一下資料就沒回話,過了一下又問在哪購買的,我說在網路上買的,店員回覆儘量少在網路Momo.PChome24h等等購買,他們的產品已經送修過很多台了..(這不是自打嘴巴剛開始跟我說不能送修嗎??♀️)後續再帶我到後面維修的櫃檯,拿著單子就要我簽名.我看了一下內容有疑問.說這不是當場應該幫我確認平板是否有外觀瑕疵或受潮.我平板沒瑕疵及受潮為什麼不能先勾選無瑕疵.然後人員就回覆說有無瑕疵或受潮要工程師那邊去做判斷.直接跟我說小姐.你是工程師嗎?後來旁邊另一位工作人員才說外觀部分可以先幫我確認至於受潮部分就需要工程師去做判斷..就是一次非常糟糕的送修經驗...
以上評論僅針對那位服務人員.平時去別的服務人員也是很親切介紹及服務的
