★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去買轉接頭，遇到一位年輕的服務員，服務很好，也查了會員，但沒說會員資格已經失效，結帳時才說失效，就不能以會員價格買(差價40元),要先付500元永久會費？ 心想什麼時代了，燦坤還敢要會員費？東西又不便宜，就不買了(我結帳時等超久的，有點生氣)。直接到斜對面的另一家3C買，便宜更多又不需要是會員，服務好結帳超快。要不是那位服務員態度極好，直接給燦坤一顆星了。

I said it was invalid when I checked out, so I can't buy it at the member price (the difference is 40 yuan) , To first pay 500 yuan permanent membership fee? I wondered what era, Tsan Khun dared to ask for membership fees? The things are not cheap, so I don't buy them (I waited for a long time when I checked out, and I was a little angry). Buy directly from another 3C across the street, it is cheaper and you don't need to be a member, the service is good and the checkout is super fast. If it weren't for the excellent attitude of the waiter, I would have given Tsan Khun one star.

問什麼都不知道，還要我自己上網站看
問他也是照線上店面的商品說明唸給我聽
還會跟我說某商品線上商品的敘述不清楚
我就是想來實體店面詳細比較詢問才來的
得到這樣的回覆我很無語
我以為旗艦店的人員更專業
才從別的地方跑來
結果店員感覺比我更不懂。
有點可惜 希望是剛好遇到新人
