The fiber optic neural network system and Big data data center construct solid hardware equipment for the biomedical engineering industry-university research and development base. In addition, the foundation also provides 1 billion yuan as a budget for biomedical industry-industry cooperation research and development, of which "Yongling Lectures" and "Yongling Scholars" will take on the task of recruiting elites from the global medical community to come to Taiwan for high-end R&D. .
