★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次吃江戶前壽司，真的很期待，環境整體非常舒適乾淨，清酒提供的選擇也都不錯，都是當季酒款，桌邊熱茶基本上都會維持熱的這是非常貼心的小舉動，可能初期人手稍微不足，整體用餐時間較長，吃下來約20道是真的非常飽足，希望下次來可以吃到不同的食材跟料理方式
It’s the first time to eat Edo-mae sushi. I really look forward to it. The environment is very comfortable and clean. The selection of sake is also good. They are all seasonal wines. The hot tea at the table will basically remain hot. This is very intimate. For small actions, there may be a slight shortage of staff at the beginning, and the overall meal time is longer. After eating about 20 dishes, it is really very satisfying. I hope that I can eat different ingredients and cooking methods next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可刷卡好停車，每個服務生的服務態度都超級細膩超級好，台中最好吃的板前壽司店，壽司米Q，海鮮都超級嫩超級鮮美，完全沒有腥味，師父的功夫很厲害，午餐3500+10%很值得，份量超多，尤其是海膽，不會像有一些店家很小氣，絕對要再來！鰻魚壽司很脆、最後的蜂蜜冰淇淋埔田有驚艷到，唯一需要加強的就是玉子燒。

The best sushi restaurant in Taichung, sushi rice Q, seafood is super tender and super delicious, there is no fishy smell at all, the master's work is very good, lunch 3500+10% is worth it, the portion is too much, especially the sea urchin, it will not be stingy like some stores, definitely come again! The eel sushi is crispy, the honey ice cream at the end is amazing, and the only thing that needs to be strengthened is the tamagoyaki.
