醫生也是人沒錯，但病患就是對自身身體有疑慮才尋求醫生解決幫忙
看診完全不聆聽病症，也沒有同理心！
如果不想看那麼多病人，就不要開這麼多人可以看診！病人還在診間，還直接跟護理師抱怨為什麼還那麼多病人！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梧棲童醫院婦產科許俊正男醫師態度非常差勁,會這麼冷清沒人敢給他看診,是有原因的,坐月子肚子痛去看診,想說前面都沒幾個人應該很快,等了幾個小時進去時看到醫生完全不理患者還在那邊滑手機讓患者等很久,用白眼隨便照一下超音波就敷衍了事,完全不在乎病患存在,那種感受很不舒服,親身遇到的經驗非常失望,第一次遇到有醫師竟然在診間在本人面前還一直在那邊滑手機,浪費360元掛號費,好心痛,花錢受氣,小診所醫師都比許俊正好多了,從此之後再也不敢來看診了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃枱的批價人員讓人感覺態度還算親切，倒是志工的服務態度很好。自助繳費機和領處方箋的機台讓大家節省不少時間;復健室的治療師非常敬業，很有耐心的替復健的患者照先後順序做完每項療程。這些治療師替沙鹿院區赢得不少掌聲。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶家人去心身科就診，感覺醫師都在踢皮球，跟護理師說家人情緒不穩定在發作，希望護理師可以來幫忙，得到的回答是那是家屬自己要管的…………我們沒辦法…?沒辦法你開什麼醫院?沒辦法你當什麼護理人員?連個sop都沒有嗎？醫院可以隨便拒絕幫助病人?請問要是可以照顧可以管誰會在疫情期間把家人一直帶往醫院? 來院的這幾次感觀完全不行，要不是一定要給一顆，不然連一顆星都不想給!

Bad officer, not friendly, no patience. They want we treat them with polite but they can't treat us respect, so easy to angry, and complain everything, very chatty. Please be wise to patient.
