★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我傻眼 跑那麼遠過去然後態度極差。椅子鎖住窗口人員戴口罩講話都聽不懂，一直蛤蛤蛤 那麼多工作人員只有一兩個在服務?很失望欸 打去總機或是現場詢問都是丟一句找承辦人 我真的心很累??♀️??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 監理站的人員都很差勁 繳費沒有銀行卡就要拿著繳費單跑到很遠的便利商店繳《拜託我是從很遠的地方來到你們東勢》（人員說不收現金對客戶實在不方便)而且人員離開職位也沒有代替的 整個監理站給人家態度就是差

If you don’t have a bank card, you have to take the bill of payment and go to a convenience store far away to pay “Please, I came to you from a far place.” (The staff said that not accepting cash is really inconvenient for customers. ) and the whole supervision station where the personnel left the post and has not been replaced has a poor attitude to others.
