★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water the owner was super nice, spoke English and did a fantastic job. I loved my haircut and my styling. The price was phenomenal with first time costumer discount It was only $21 dollars!! I offered a tip and he said “you being happy with your hair is enough for me”.
