(2019/11/18再更新)使用gomaji團購卷,又發生了現場不忙,劃單點餐卻完全出錯餐的事(點一個100元的餐,出了35元的東西給我),跟客服反應也提供了錯餐照片,等了3天沒有回應,再次聯絡客服,得到了「店家回覆需三個工作天」,我這不是等了三個工作天才再聯絡客服的嗎?後面又等了幾天,依然沒有回音,我聯絡客服,表示要直接走法律途徑,才在一天後得到「店家表示因為新進人員不熟作業流程才導致出錯餐」的敷衍說法...一個出錯餐等了一個多禮拜才回覆,然後是這麼爛的理由,笑死!!團購卷因爲店家出錯餐所以只用了35元(後來客服返還一張團購卷),不想又被店家講一些帶風向的胡言亂語(明明店家沒有提供充電,卻在店家回覆講『優惠給你了電也給你充手機還能抱怨成這樣,額外多給你的怎麼不說』),後來去消費我把金額控制在65元內,結帳的時候店家也知道我就是那個機巴又難纏的「奧客」,是什麼都沒說,也沒有對我一直疑惑的「誰充電了?」多做說明,菜單上寫說點義大利麵附飲料也沒給,我也不想再多問,反正就是一間不順他意給差評(4顆星算差評嗎?)就一堆理由並且回話很容易激怒人的爛店,這樣的店家,gomaji客服還問我是不是能刪除網路上的評價...禮義廉「?」,哪來的臉做這樣的要求?
