★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want to go to Taoyuan Int'l airport with the cheapest price Ubus is the best choice. (+5)
But you need 6.5 hours to get there. (if you go by THSR (Taiwan High Speed Railroad, usually called Gao-tie) it's only 1.5 hours. (-1)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, sometimes you are lucky and the bus is ok, but sometimes...sometimes you get a bus ticket (580$, Kaohsiung to Taipei) with absolutely no USB charger nor Wi-Fi, and suddenly an annoying fast music starts from the woofers of the bus when you are sleeping and wake you up...and keep you up.

Offer FREE Wi-Fi in the station but you need to click on the advertisement.
Some buses offer FREE Wi-Fi on there too.
However, the TV on the bus that I am on this time is broken so I can not watch the free entertainment.
I will give them another chance next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only ridden Ubus, so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, their prices are quite affordable. They have a discounted price during non-peak times. Each seat has a USB port, so you can charge your phone. The seats recline and are now faux leather (!), which I really appreciate (they used to be cloth a couple of years ago).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time use this transportation mode from kaohsiunh to Taipei. The counter can speak english well to explain the ticket and all the things related to that. The bus also very comfy to take a loooooong trip.
