★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel experience! Comfortable beds, nice ambience, clean feel, green condiments, free wifi.
Only issue is that some towels are stained with red patches and the breakfast selection is not wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accessible location near to shilin Market. Great amenities and facilities. Everything is right where you need it. Disposable shavers, toothbrush shower caps and everything you'll need. Extremely polite staff made my 5D4N stay extremely enjoyable. Unfortunately the bed was not as comfortable as I like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter staffs are terrible. Not even a greeting upon arrival. /was told that room will be ready only at 3pm but it's ok, we arrived early. 3.10pm ask the spec guy on the counter, he answered, we will let you know if it's ready.
3.30pm asked again, he seems very frustrated mumbling , can you just wait? Turn off, the whole Taiwan experience was ruined by this guy.
Rude and not even any service oriented! Hotel is expensive for the price we paid, there are many more better one to choose. Lousy breakfast
Will not stay here anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel at a good price in a convenient location, only a short walk from the Shilin night markets and the subway into the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Highly recommended if you want to get good value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great 2 night stay at this beautiful hotel! We booked a family quad for 4 - the room was clean and well equipped. Staff were polite and prompt in responding to our requests. Breakfast spread is good for people who enjoy chinese dishes. Only downside was that the pillows were too soft and kept sinking in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoyed my stay here. The modern design and clean spacious rooms were above my expectations. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. The location is convenient as it is close to the Shilin Night Market and only a ten minute walk to the MRT Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is excellent! While I raised an issue of the room, they quickly switched me to a new better, larger room without additional fee. They knew I concerned cleanness since I’ll need to take the antigen test before flying to the U.S., they sanitized the new room with alcohol wipe before I moved in. When I asked for extending my stay for one more day, due to my family affair, they helped me a lot.
Not just the clean and beautiful environment, but also the awesome staffs, which makes me to rate 5 stars.
