Brand new gym in the area. Fully equipped.

It's very friendly to foreigners, the English of employees is good, and foreigners are not afraid to be unable to communicate here. It's cheap and equipped here. it's a good place for training.

Staffs are friendly and equipment quite new and price cheap Anyway that’s wonderful gym . I love it! I love Jimmy ,he’s nice and gorgeous !

I wanted to like this gym SO much, but they don't let me deadlift. I can't stand lunkers just like everyone else, and I make sure to deadlift with a controlled eccentric. People who drop deadlifts are dumb and doing the exercise wrong. But when you're deadlifting 200kg, even with *rubber plates* and *on a deadlifting platform*, it's going to make a bit of a thunk, no matter how controlled you are in the eccentric. Not a clatter, not a clang, but a thunk, no louder than the music coming over the PA. Yet I consistently have gotten noise warnings. Strangely enough, I've seen Taiwanese people being MUCH noisier right in front of the coaches and they've never gotten even a look, so to be honest I have no choice to suspect that they just don't like foreigners. Pros -Lots of power racks -Good selection of specialized equipment, trap bar, SSB, prowler, even a lateral hip thrust platform. It has the makings of a great powerlifting gym, so why they don't let people powerlift there is beyond me. Cons -Staff has never been particularly friendly. No hellos or goodbyes or even a smile. They all just kinda glare at me when I walk in the door. -Loud, obnoxious club music -Poor selection of cardio equipment -Why are there only, like, 6 total 2.5kg plates in the whole gym -Bathrooms are poor and occasionally very smelly

Great place for visitors as you can purchase by the minute. I paid $100 to register and another $100 for 100 minutes. Got a great workout on 1 of their 5 power racks that are brand new (opened in 07/2018). Located right next to a starbucks on a busy road so it was easy to find.

Owner is really friendly and helpful, I enjoyed working out at this gym and is at a very convenient location! Is not huge but you get every equipments you need!??
