酒吧以各個香味元素作選擇,目前共推出了12款調酒,各有風味千秋
no.4 茶香:伯爵茶的香氣前味明顯,整體搭配起來卻有種西式甜點的濃郁風味
no.10 氮氣咖啡:用了Nespresso,加入風味後灌入二氧化碳,入口帶點果香,後味開始出現咖啡香氣與肉桂香
no.9 Umami:明明是不帶海鮮的一杯酒,與杯角的芥末椒鹽入口後居然產生一股海帶湯的鮮甜味道

店內的玻璃杯款式各異,清一色都是非常薄的杯口,讓細緻的風味更易品嚐,深聊才知道全是老闆從日本帶回,此點可見堅持
與店長、Bartender大談有機、食物化學後,得知這邊的原物料都使他們在二樓的離心、蒸餾機器中,一點一滴嘗試出來的,目前也正在研製新的酒單,期待再訪

The bar is based on various aroma elements. Currently, 12 bartenders have been launched, each with its own flavor.
no.4 Tea aroma: Earl Grey tea has a clear aroma and a strong front flavor, but it has a strong flavor of Western desserts
no.10 Nitrogen coffee: using Nespresso, adding flavor and filling with carbon dioxide, the entrance is slightly fruity, and the aftertaste begins to appear coffee aroma and cinnamon aroma
no.9 Umami: Obviously it is a glass of wine without seafood, and after the entrance with the mustard and salt in the corner of the cup, it produces a sweet taste of kelp soup

The glasses in the store are different in style, all of which are very thin cups, which makes the delicate flavor easier to taste. After deep conversation, I realized that all the bosses brought them back from Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內的酒款因為老闆的堅持,只有幾樣經典份子調酒,可以跟調酒師說自己喜歡的口感來做選擇,非常有自己風格的店,然後搭配的洋芋片是老闆親挑的超好吃餅乾,簡單卻不無聊的餅乾、配上No.4️⃣的伯爵茶味,直接暈下去享受。
北高雄堅守店內無煙的店,非常值得來訪!

今天來介紹一家非常特殊的酒吧,滿滿的酒櫃大概佔了80%是美國威士忌,在台灣市場,美威可是小眾中的小眾!
但就是這樣,職人的堅持才會被人看見,與老闆BEN聊過之後,發現他是100%的理工人,血液裡面大概是95%的學術理論+5%的浪漫誤差值
酒吧二樓還有化學實驗室,旋轉濃縮儀這些器具來做蒸餾,甚至還有一杯是獨特的「使用泥土」去蒸餾出來的土壤味,根本就是當兵趴地上先挖胸前土的氣味。
這家酒吧是南部最專業美威店,幾乎你想看到的品牌都有,的非常合適初學者來認識美威,老手想進階喝喝看特殊酒款!
走入酒吧是一片巨木所構成的吧檯(媽的這片桌子應該破200萬吧!),有著搖滾吧檯區與休閒沙發區,在酒單搭配方面非常適合威士忌新手、老手、非威士忌咖都可以來的店
這次來點的酒款如下
A、BBR裝瓶,海悅酒廠(Heaven Hill)9年肯塔基威士忌,2009~2019
這支超級無敵溫柔,會讓你以為是蘇威與波本酒之間跳來跳去,有著蘇威甜美溫柔,美威的木質香醇,一點都不MAN的波本酒款,非常有特色也適合新手來喝。
B、BBR裝瓶,金士曼限量琴酒,London Dry Gin King’s Man Edition
較為明顯水感,香氣與濃郁程度較低,幾乎就是一般琴酒的加水後的極度溫柔版本,BBR酒廠本身愛的風格就是這樣溫柔婉約的感覺。
C、BBR裝瓶,菲爾(FEW)裸麥單桶2017~2021過蘇玳桶原酒,57.6%、裝瓶數257、桶號#1718
這支我超推薦一定要喝的,裸麥再過甜酒桶真的極度少見,表現出極甜的紅糖、黑棗、紅色莓果的強壯蘇玳風味,沒有裸麥威士忌常見強烈泡泡膠,非常特別又舒服!這次來的最愛第一名。
D、野火雞單桶原酒,桶號#1093、50.5%
焦糖、巧克力、很像挖整坨的麥芽糖塞入口中、最後竟然跑出了可樂的甜膩感,相當強壯並且完全不辣口。
E、美格2020 SE4xPR5單桶原酒,使用新桶與法國橡木條熟成,55.4%
超甜的奶油、淡淡白胡椒、酒精感低、紅糖、尾段麥根沙士,甜滋滋的。
這是一間值得一訪的酒吧,來Under Drunk愛上美國威士忌吧!也一定要帶回這本由 Dave Chiu 著作的「美國威士忌全書」,根本美國歷史教材啊!不要把他當教科書看,以小說的心態去看他會讓人欲罷不能呢!

There is also a chemical laboratory on the second floor of the bar. The rotary concentrators are used for distillation, and there is even a cup of soil flavor that is uniquely distilled by "using soil".
This bar is the most professional Meiwei store in the south. It has almost all the brands you want to see. It is very suitable for beginners to get to know Meiwei, and for veterans who want to drink and watch special wines!
Walking into the bar is a bar composed of a giant tree (damn, this table should be worth 2 million!), with a rock bar area and a lounge sofa area, which is very suitable for whiskey novices, veterans, and non-whiskey coffee in terms of wine list matching. come to shop

This super invincible and gentle wine will make you think it is a jumping between Solvay and Bourbon. It has the sweetness and gentleness of Solvay, the woody aroma of Mawei, and the bourbon that is not MAN at all. It is very distinctive. Suitable for beginners to drink.
B. BBR bottling, Kingsman Limited Gin, London Dry Gin King’s Man Edition
It has a more obvious watery feeling, and the aroma and richness are low. It is almost an extremely gentle version of ordinary gin after adding water. The style that BBR winery loves is such a gentle and graceful feeling.
C. BBR bottling, FEW rye single barrel 2017~2021 passed Sauternes barrel original wine, 57.6%, bottling number 257, barrel number #1718
This one I highly recommend must be drunk. It is extremely rare for rye to pass through a sweet wine barrel. It shows the strong Sauternes flavor of extremely sweet brown sugar, black dates and red berries. There is no strong bubble gum common in rye whisky. Very special and comfortable! This time the favorite number one.
D. Wild turkey single barrel original wine, barrel number #1093, 50.5%
Caramel, chocolate, like a whole lump of maltose stuffed into the mouth, and finally ran out of the sweet and greasy feeling of cola, quite strong and not spicy at all.
E. Meige 2020 SE4xPR5 single barrel original wine, matured in new barrels and French oak strips, 55.4%
Super-sweet cream, light white pepper, low alcohol, brown sugar, and the end of McGonagall, sweet and zesty.
This is a bar worth a visit. Come to Under Drunk and fall in love with American whiskey! Be sure to bring back this book "The Complete Book of American Whiskey" by Dave Chiu, which is an essential American history textbook! Don't read him as a textbook, it will make people addicted to read him with the mentality of a novel!
