在網路上購買，等了一個月（官網寫最長21天）東西才到，超過預期出貨日期、缺貨（官網寫會告知）也不會主動通知?
到貨後東西有漏寄留言也不回覆，打電話去說要用line通知，但line也只會貼罐頭訊息，根本沒有要處理的意思，補寄東西很難嗎？只想拖時間到超過到貨七日不了了之！
