★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務爛透了，一顆星都嫌多，辦繼承花了三個多小時，承辦人員不知道繼承處理流程是什麼，標準流程沒有教育訓練好，最後完稅證明也沒有歸還，變成所有繼承人因為欠缺完稅證明還要必需再次請假去辦理，不知道其他業務是否也是一樣，同一天還有去其他公民營銀行辦理繼承，辦繼承的確花時間，但沒有像聯邦如此糟糕....非常不愉快的經驗
The service is terrible. One star is too much. It took more than three hours to complete the inheritance process. The contractor did not know what the inheritance process was. The standard process was not well educated and trained. Finally, the tax payment certificate was not returned. It became all heirs because of lack. The tax payment certificate has to be taken off again to handle it. I don’t know if other businesses are the same. On the same day, there are also other private banks to handle inheritance. It does take time to do inheritance, but it is not as bad as the federal....very unpleasant experience
